Shipping conditions
By default, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will take place via Deutsche Post or DHL. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table provided.
If you would like shipping to another country, please write us an email before placing an order and please tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for transferring money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

Delivery time to Germany: 2 – 5 days
Delivery time for individual items: 1 – 4 weeks
Deliveries to Austria or Switzerland can take 2 - 4 days longer.
If your order is received by 11 a.m., we will usually ship items in stock the same day.
